Who we are

Fuzsion Capital is a MAS-licensed boutique asset management firm operating under Singapore’s Variable Capital Company (VCC) framework. We serve Accredited and Institutional Investors, specialising in secured private credit, distressed opportunities, and real asset investments.

Leveraging over 50 years of combined corporate banking and credit expertise, we combine institutional discipline with the agility that comes with being a boutique setup, to deliver capital protection, stable returns, and transparency.
